Over the last 3 weeks many of you have taken up our offer of food parcels thanks to the wonderful Salvation Army in South Wigston. It has been great for us as staff to serve our school community in this way, giving us a chance to see you! Please take a moment to read their guidance below on how they ensure the food you receive is safe to eat.

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust have devloped a self-care kit for primary children aimed at looking after their emotional health and wellbeing during this time. The SDSA has launched a great new website called OffSchool. It is free for all families and local teachers and authors will be creating short films of fun learning activities for families at home to keep children excited and enthusiastic to learn right throughout the school closure period. Off School also helps parents and carers navigate their way through the maze of activities that are available. There is also a competition zone. Click on the link below to find out more!
